Well first off we waited in line for almost 4 hrs when we got to *****, then it was nothing but a hassle, I put in for a mid size car, told them my husband has hip replacement and just had a shoulder replacement to need a car with life well they gave us the most ridiculous car, all during our trip the engine light was on kept beeping saying see a mechanic and the tires were bald, I called about a replacement car they said no, then our flight home said 830 am when in fact it was for 830 pm on April 22 so we were charged 40 for them to change the time, plus I went through Priceline for me whole trip it was suppose to have my name for driving just tike the departure time was wrong then put his name in for the car and charged me 124.
